A very wet start to the day on Thornhow End
Looking out to Ullswater
Andy B looking very serious
Continuing up and its starting to get rather windy
Heading up St Sunday Crag
After a long stint in the clouds it finally breaks for a moment. We were all convinced that in good weather the views on this route will be fantastic!
Paul and Geordie approaching the top of Cofa Pike
The top of Cofa Pike. Geordie looks confused here, but he is trying to get his bearings;)
Fairfield is hidden in the clouds ahead
Scott on Fairfield
Descending Hart Crag and its starting to clear a little
Dovedale
Priest's Hole Cave on Dove Crag
Looking back - Dove Crag, Hart Crag and Fairfield
Dove Crag
Looking down into Deepdale. The sky clearing over Place Fell
Hartsop below and a clear High Street
Place Fell over Bridgend
Of course the weather is great as we approach flat ground. Must do this one again on a clear day.
