Come on daylight!
Following the path up to The Nab. Mam Tor and Rushup Edge
Looking across to Grindslow Knoll I had my fingers crossed that the cloud wouldn't go any lower
Grindsbrook Clough
Following the path towards Ringing Roger
This path to the back of Ringing Roger later became very slippery
Sun rising behind Lose Hill
Lose Hill and Back Tor
another shot of the sunrise
The Great Ridge in full
Cairns on Ringing Roger
Looking across to the Tors ahead
Nether Tor
I'm sure this rock has a name. I have a good idea of what i would call it
I'm seeing something here but i'm not quite sure what?
Further up the route is Upper Tor
Looking out from Upper Tor
The start (if your going down) of Grindbrook Clough
Looking down the boulder highway that is Grindsbrook Clough
Having a look back up. I dont think it matters if you are going up or down. This is great fun!!
and still plenty more fun to be had
Following the water without getting wet isn't as easy as it is here. Quite often there isn't a right or wrong way
With all the rocks and waterfalls this area reminds me of the Lake District
The path now becomes more obvious
Approaching the end of the walk
The wooden bridge that leads me back into Edale
