Pistyll Rhaeadr. I parked at the near by tea shop
I took this one whilst balancing on some very slippery rocks
At 240m it's higher than Niagara falls
This is the path that takes you to the top of the waterfall
continuing up
Looking across to Glan Hafon
making my way down to the waterfall
good thing my boots are waterproof
following a path through the moor but not really sure where it leads
a look back
after checking the GPS I follow this track which should lead to Moel Sych
Cadair Idris way off in the distance. This is on my hit list
and the first view of the Cadair Berwyn Ridge
as you can see it started to get a bit colder
The summit cairn of Moel Sych
Looking ahead to Cadair Berwyn
Looking down from the Cadair Berwyn ridge to the tarn of Llyn Lluncaws
The highest summit of Cadair Berwyn
The forecasted rain isn't here yet
The valley to the left is my way back
frosty rocks
A nice large wind shelter
The Cadair Berwyn Trig point ahead
Just in time for lunch
The ridge path down to the tarn
Llyn Lluncaws
This path takes me all the way back down to Pistyll Rhaeadr
The familiar cliffs come into view
I'm nearly finished and its only 1pm
Last look up to today's summit
